Our assembly strategies include:

Full SMT:

Utilizes laser cut solder paste stencils and full machine assembly.

Best for high volume runs or prototypes which consist mostly of 0201, BGA and CSP parts.

Hybrid SMT:

Utilizes laser cut solder paste stencils and machine assembly where required.

Best for prototype designs with high component count of which 0201, BGA and CSP parts are a minority.

Hand placed SMT:

Utilizes laser cut solder paste stencils and complete hand placement of parts.

Best for prototype designs of moderate part count that do not contain 0201, BGA or CSP parts.

Hand SMT:

No stencils, all SMT done by hand.

Best for prototype designs of small part count without 0201, BGA or CSP parts.
